Roll-Wrapped Carbon Fiber Tubes

Manufactured by wrapping prepreg carbon fiber sheets onto a precision-ground steel mandrel, then curing under controlled heat. This method produces excellent surface quality with the characteristic woven carbon pattern clearly visible.

Available in 3K plain weave, 3K 2×2 twill weave, unidirectional, or hybrid layups. Inner and outer surfaces can be polished to a high gloss or left with a matte finish.

Pultrusion pulls continuous carbon fiber roving through a resin bath and a heated die, producing tubes with unidirectional fiber alignment. The result is exceptionally high axial tensile and compressive strength at a competitive cost for longer runs.

Ideal for structural applications, linear motion, antenna masts, and any design where axial load-bearing is paramount. Tight dimensional tolerances make pultruded tubes suitable for precision assemblies.
